Foster

Fostering saves lives—it’s that simple. When you open your home to a foster pet, you’re giving them a safe place to heal, grow, and learn what love feels like, while freeing up space so we can rescue more animals in need. Fostering with Chain of Hope means providing temporary care, love, and basic training while we work to find their forever home. We provide all the supplies and cover medical expenses—you provide a warm, stable environment and a little patience. Whether it’s for a few days or a few months, fostering makes a world of difference. All we ask is that fosters be 21 or older, have reliable transportation, and a heart big enough to help an animal get their second chance.

Volunteer

Volunteers are the heartbeat of Chain of Hope. From walking dogs and giving them much-needed love and attention, to helping at events and fundraisers that fuel our mission, every volunteer plays a vital role in the lives of the animals we rescue. We need compassionate, dedicated individuals to assist with dog socializing, cleaning and organizing our facility, maintaining our yard and building, and joining us for special programs like Dogs Day Out—where dogs get to enjoy adventures outside the shelter.

Whether you have a few hours a week or just want to help out at the occasional event, your time truly makes a difference. Together, we can create brighter futures for animals who need us most.
